drilling problems

HI,

I'm having trouble generating drill code. Specifically I have two issues:issue 1) spot doesn't seem to plunge deep enough no matter what parameters I enter (see image below)issue 2) drill just plunges all the way to the bottom. This is problimatic as my holes are 15mm deep and fill with chips, which is bad for my tool and eventually causes my spindle to stall.

Please help.
