HDD damage from bass vibrations is pretty unlikely. In fact, the HDD vibrates itself during normal operation. It is typically mounted such that these vibrations are dampened and such that the drive is at least somewhat protected from shocks and drops. Due to this mounting, it is sufficiently protected from bass vibrations.
In fact, potential exposure of the hard drive to magnetic fields (in case of unshielded audio equipment) would be a bigger concern.
